Return window
We accept free returns within 30 days after customers receive the goods.
Return shipping will be borne by us at www.fevercollect.com
we will provide a return instruction and a prepaid label (if applicable).

Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee.

How to initiate a return
Return Process:
1, Send an Email to help@fevercollect.com.Please briefly describe the issue, and include your order number and name. If necessary, attach photos of the product to help us better understand the situation.
2, Prepare Your Return Package: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1-3 business days. They will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address in their reply. Upon receiving this information, please return the item to the specified return address.
3, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved
